Refund Policy

Everything sold on 都市姐系 is digital. Credits and monthly passes are delivered as soon as your USDT payment is confirmed on the TRON blockchain, which is why purchases are normally final. We put things right in these cases:

• Paid, but nothing arrived. If you still have no credits or pass an hour after the transfer was confirmed, write to [email protected] with the amount, the time and the transaction hash. We find the payment and either deliver what you bought or send the money back.
• A different amount. A transfer that matches no order is kept for you: on request we credit it to your account or return it.
• Paid twice for one order. The second payment goes back in full.
• Our fault. If a fault on our side kept you from using what you paid for, we refund the unused part or add the lost days to your pass.

Refunds are sent in USDT (TRC20) to the address the payment came from, less the network fee, within 7 days of our reply. A payment on another network (ERC20, for example) cannot be matched automatically; write to us and we help where we can. Spent credits, used pass days and accounts closed for breaking the Terms are not refunded.

A pass never renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel. Payment questions: [email protected], in Chinese or English.
